The vintners at MWC Wine recommend:

2021 Bodegas Bermejos Listan Negro Rosado

Bermejos is a tenacious winery based on Lanzarote, the easternmost of the Canary Islands not too far from the African coast.  The island was largely covered in volcanic ash and rock during a 6 year volcanic eruption in the 1730’s; the resulting conditions yield beautiful wines with intense mineral focus for anyone up to the challenge of farming the vineyards. Bermejo’s Rosado is made from Listan Negro and is succulent and juicy with a peppery bite on the finish – perfect for a plate of Jamon or some simply prepared seafood.

2020 Clos Cibonne Tibouren Cuvee Speciale des Vignettes Cru Class Rose

Clos Cibonne is an estate that is known for their unique Provencal rosés made from the rare Tibouren grape variety. Clos Cibonne is blessed with especially old vines that yield wines that are simultaneously intense and layered while maintaining impeccable freshness.  The Cuvée Speciale des Vignettes is 100% Tibouren that is aged in large foudre for one year under a veil of flor in a similar manner to Fino Sherry, a technique that lends the wine a pleasant nutty inflection. Delicious now, this is also a true vin de garde, a rosé that is built to age for anyone who is patient enough to wait that long. Frankly, it is a rosé like no other. Serve this with your next fried chicken feast!

2021 Domaine Poli Ile de Beaute Niellucciu Rose

Move over Provence! Some of the most exciting work in all of France is happening on Corsica these days, and we firmly believe that the quality of Corsican wines has earned them a place at every wine lover’s table. The best Corsican rosés we’ve encountered show the raw, effortless beauty that is so synonymous with the island itself.  We’ve been enamored with this porch-pounding IGP Île de Beauté Niellucciu rosé. This Corsican rosé is made from 100% Niellucciu (aka Sangiovese) and is perilously easy to drink.  Crisp and dry with refreshing flavors of citrus, red apples, and stone fruit, Poli is a quintessential rosé at an unbeatable price.

The sommeliers at Night Inn recommend:

Red Car Rose of Pinot Noir 2021

While you might reach for the French roses when shopping for your soiree, this California Rose of Pinot Noir from a small, sustainable producer offers a perfect summer taste. The early morning Pacific fogs of Sonoma followed by afternoon sunshine gives this wine bright, fruity aromatics with crisp texture and acidity that will cut right through your Summer heat!

Chateau Peyrassol Provence, France

Coming from Provence, the birthplace of Rose, this organic Rose is one of the freshest you'll taste, with all the flavors you associate with Summer. You'll smell and taste stone fruits, citrus, and white floral notes all at once. Just make sure to buy enough for the whole party, because this bottle will go fast.

Pierre Sparr Cremant D’Alsace Brut Rose

Rose and sparkling wine? Need we say more? If you insist....this crisp, juicy sparkling Rose will taste like fresh berries and delicate bubbles, making it a perfect wine for the start of your evening (or middle, or end...). Sparkling Rose makes for a fantastic pairing with sushi or shellfish, so remember to bring this bottle to your next beach party!

Ana Bar & Eatery recommends:

Studio by Miraval

Coming from plots on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees, Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by the sea sprays and proximity to the Mediterranean Sea. These salty soils give the wine a unique character and an almost iodized finish. A pretty pale-pink with bluish reflections, this wine offers a very elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Fresh and well-balanced, the palate is lively and reveals seductive aromas of citrus and sea iodine.
