3 Refreshing Cocktails for National Gin and Tonic Day

The Classic Botanist & Tonic
Ingredients
• 2 oz The Botanist Gin
• 4 oz tonic water
Directions
Build over ice in a highball glass and garnish with a seasonal herb or citrus.
Grapefruit Thyme Botanist & Tonic
Ingredients
• 1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
• 4 oz tonic water
• 1 ruby red grapefruit wedge
• 1 sprig of thyme
Directions
Squeeze grapefruit wedge in glass and leave in glass. Add The Botanist Gin, then ice, and top with tonic. Garnish with a spring of thyme.
Rosemary Lemon Botanist & Tonic
Ingredients
• 2 oz The Botanist Gin
• 1 lemon, halved
• 2-3 rosemary sprigs
• 1/2 oz agave syrup
• 4 oz tonic
Directions
Muddle lemon, rosemary, and agave syrup in a highball glass. Add The Botanist Gin, ice, and top with tonic. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
