Artechouse–with locations in Washington, DC, NYC and Miami–has been at the forefront of the modern museum since it first opened its doors in the nation’s capital in 2017. A truly immersive experience, Artechouse’s founders work at the crossroads of art, science and technology to showcase and redefine innovative art forms.

And at Christmastime, Artechouse turns the traditional light display on its head. With “Spectacular Factory”, exclusively at its DC location (Dec. 20-Jan. 3), the museum creates a dazzling, dreamlike holiday experience. Featuring an imaginary gift factory on screen that flows from floating giant swinging Christmas bells to thousands of nutcrackers to thrilling train rides through wreaths to spinning candy cane carousels, the larger than life digital display turns the traditional Christmas outing into something completely new. Washingtonians and visitors alike enjoyed the show last year and it has quickly become a holiday tradition in the city. 

Of course, no Christmas outing would be complete without festive cocktails (and mocktails). Step up to the bar, which overlooks the wondrous display, for a creative drink and say cheers to holiday!
