Inside Rumble's New Tribeca Studio
Since 2017, Rumble Boxing has been making New Yorkers (and a good number of celebrities!) sweat with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing-inspired group fitness classes that promise to leave you "maxed-out with an endorphin high like none other." Their 10-round, 45-minute classes combine cardio fitness and metabolic conditioning in a party-like atmosphere that feels more like a night out than an exercise class.
And now, the beloved studio has just opened a brand new, 8,500-square-foot location at 140 West Street in Tribeca, with luxurious locker rooms, room for 60 boxers, and custom work-of-art like a "remixed Basquiat" by N.Carlos J and custom jab paintings by Justin Ruby. Like in all Rumble studios, the instructors run the class from an elevated podium, where they not only demonstrate moves, but also DJ a bumping set list and inspire boxers with motivating words.
Last night, Related residents put their gloves together to knock out hunger at the new studio as part of our Related Gives initiative benefitting The Bowery Mission. Residents attended an exclusive class with instructor and trainer extraordinaire Bradley Rose, who led the class through a grueling and inspiring 45-minute workout. All proceeds from the class went toward the important work the Bowery Mission does supporting New Yorkers in need.
In addition to this latest studio, Rumble also has locations all over New York City in Flatiron, Noho, the Upper East Side and Brooklyn, as well as in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. Check out their site to find the studio closest to you.
